Amber inclusion - young mantis or something else?

Hello, I have this amber which vaguely looks like it has a inclusion of a young mantis. Its in Burmese (Myanmarese) amber, 99 mio years old.

 

can anybody tell me what this insect actually is? Thanks in advance.

Looks more like a wasp than a mantis, to me. :unsure:

I’m in the wasp camp too. You can see the translucent wings in one picture. Nice looking piece too with lots of inclusions!

I think it’s too small and slender for a hornet…. I’ll stick with wasp….
