I'm fairly sure it's fossil bone. Marine reptile would be a reasonable guess, but by no means a certainty.

Not sure anything more can be said.
It doesn't appear to be complete, and probably not diagnostic to genus or species.  :(

 

And looking more closely at it, I am not convinced this is bone.

Looks more like a sponge in flint, to me.

Definitely an Upper Cretaceous sponge in flint, Ventriculites or similar. A rather nice specimen.
