Would this be labelled as an Afrovenator tooth?

This is a 2.28 Inch tooth from the Tiouraren Formation from Niger. As Afrovenator is the only described Megalosaur from this formation would it be considered fair for it to be labelled Afrovenator?

Thanks so much for any thoughts.

Label it cf. Afrovenator to be safe, which is less committal and does not exclude the possibility of another similar megalosaur in the same fauna.

I agree with the cf. Afrovenator label. It could be from an undescribed species.

Afrovenator teeth have only been found at a certain digging zone in Aderbissinat. And have A different style of fossilizing

All other megalosaurid teeth should be called megalosauridae indet.
