Middle Devonian fossil ID

Any idea what this is? Found just south of Tully, NY. Most likely devonian but not sure. Was found in a stream near Tinker Falls. Haven’t found something like this before. Thanks for any help!

They were around in the Carboniferous and i haven’t come across even one so thats a really nice find
