Maybe a bit of Ichthyosaur rostrum?

I would go for rostrum (jaw bone) from the picture.

It's hard to know from what but probably ichthyosaur. Which beach did you find it at?

I once found a similar piece in Lyme Regis that I've since labelled as rostrum, due to a deep gully in the middle of the segment. I would still like to see the cross-section of this specimen before calling it rostrum, though, as I feel rib could also still be a viable option.
