New Members CJCallahan Posted August 25 New Members Share Posted August 25 I was recently given this rock by a friend who found it around an old abandoned well. I think it may be limestone. My question is what is that in the top of the rock? The area in question is approximately 6in x 7in raised approximately 1.25 in from what appears to be the surface at its highest point. There is an additional area of interest approximately 3-4 in away on the same rock. The rock is 1.5 - 2 in thick and about 10 x 14 in total surface size. It was found in Cullman county Alabama.
