I agree with @Fossildude19, this one seems to be a horrible man made recreation made with plaster, real bone fragment carved into the right shape, and real teeth, from all kinds of species found there. 

Maybe there is some real skull material hidden in there, but I cant be sure with these pictures 

 

So my advise is : Stay away !

Looks mostly fabricated.

Real teeth added with some bone parts to the fabrication.

 

3D mosasaur skulls are most often fabricated. Only few times I have seen mostly real skull in 3D for sale. Fabricated ones almost every week.

There's no such thing as too many teeth.
