Big Brook! Big Brook!

Bronx Bad Luck

Recommended Posts

Hello! My friends and I went to Big Brook this last weekend and found some nice fossils! Would like some IDs an a few of them. The ones without numbers we’re just showing off- a cartilaginous fish vertebra, a nice snail, fish tooth, Ray tooth, etc. The others we’re not sure about and would. Any identification help would as always been greatly appreciated.

1 - Deer molar

2 - Bone chunk - ?

3 - chunk of tooth, maybe mosasaur?

4 - another bone chunk

5 - ? ------------------

6 - ?                            | --- I don't recognize any of these.

7 - ? ------------------

I would do a burn test on the bones to see if they are modern or not.
