Recent find - Pasternakevia Podolica and Eurypterus Tetragonophtalmus on one sample.

Upper Silurian, Epoch of Ludlow, Gortian Stage, Ustovska World (427.4 million years).
Place of discovery - Khmelnitsky region, Ukraine.

Wow, that is a stunning find! I recently posted some Eurypterid finds myself, but this is  wonderful! @Buffalopteruswill be very interested in seeing this as Eurypterids are his main area of interest!

This is an absolutely amazing find. Many years ago, I collected Eurypterus lacustris in the Silurian Williamsville Fm. at Ridgemount Quarry in Ft. Erie, Ontario, Canada. Although I did not find any fossils of Pseudoniscus,  a genus of synziphosurine, a paraphyletic group of chelicerate arthropods,  which are thought to be similar and related to Pasternakevia,person I worked with found a few poorly preserved Pseudoniscus. Unfortunately I do not possess any photos of this "horseshoe crab-like" fossil. Thank you for sharing this incredible association of fossil organisms.
