Marine animal tooth, alligator, or something else?

Found this on the Beach in Myrtle, I’m fairly certain it’s a tooth but have no idea from what, it has a reddish orange tint to it, compared to most fossils that I find on the beach which are black. Any ideas are greatly appreciated thank you all.

Looks like a concretion to me.

Not seeing a tooth here, unfortunately.
