New Members EaandK Posted 3 hours ago New Members Share Posted 3 hours ago Found in TN and wondering if this is a fossilized egg or pupa? Appreciate the input.!
Ludwigia
How about a few well-focussed photos on a neutral background, a short description of how it was found and a more precise location, since TN is a pretty big place. I can already tell you however that the chances of this rock being either an egg or a pupa are pretty slim. Greetings from the Lake of Constance. New Members EaandK Posted 3 hours ago Author New Members Share Posted 3 hours ago Gratitudes!!! We have a Chrmehbk and Chromebook's cameras ,well, are not! a strong suite yet, will do best possible along with your other recommendations. Yes, the chances are slim yet, I found this with my grandson whom gleefully exclaimed, " This rock looks like a dinosaur egg .!"and a passion for paleontology was ignited. Gratefully,we were directed to this site for further education and exploring the world of Paleontology. Sincere Thanks
Fossildude19
Take the photos outside, in day light. That said, I don't think this is a fossil - no less a dinosaur egg. See this topic for information about eggs.
