Here is a recent find of mine that reminds me of many crusher fish teeth I have found that lack a proper id (like my profile picture). If anyone has any clues please let me know! This is almost entirely iron replaced and remains to be one of the most beautiful teeth I have had the fortune to put under my digital microscope. It is about 4mm in length. Prep is almost certainly needed but I was thinking since it was almost entirely iron replaced if doing acid prep to remove the matrix would be the best option, or If I should use a dental pick instead. The small size makes it easier for mistakes, so I am happy to hear any advise. Here you can see a beautiful view of the orthodentine: Edited 2 hours ago by Samurai
