I'd say real, but badly prepared with a grinder, wich ground most of the original structure, the hands and parts of the hind limbs away.

 

There are better ones out there !

 

I would recommend looking for sandblasted ones, they are a bit more expensive, but the 3d structure of the bones is mostly original and they arent coloured that often, after my experience.
