The second one looks like a head of a creature. Holes line up where the eyes would be, it looks like there is also teeth where the mouth would be and the holes for the eyes connnect inside the skull. The first one looks like it was flesh at one point with a layer of skin in it

Welcome to the forum!  I'm also just seeing geological items here.  Flesh and skin don't fossilize in that manner (and very rarely fossilize in any manner), so a skull would just be made up of bones.  I'm not seeing any bone texture or even the correct shape for a skull.

I can understand why you might think it is a skull of an extinct animal. Some pics looks a bit like

but, as mentioned, what you have found is a mineral, agate or chert, not petrified
