rocket
might be Oligophus, but I am a bit unsure because of the longer back fin

oilshale
It seems to be Propercarina (alternative name Palimphyes). If I am not mistaken, the fish shows two dorsal fins of which the first dorsal fin is admittedly very indistinct. The (second) dorsal fin is much too far back for Oligophus. In Oligophus, the dorsal fin lies between the ventral and anal fins. Here, the (second) dorsal fin lies much further back, above the anal fin. Revision of the. family Propercarinidae.pdf Edited Tuesday at 03:17 AM by oilshale 1 Be not ashamed of mistakes and thus make them crimes (Confucius, 551 BC - 479 BC).
