Hello!

I'm quite new to this forum because I found a (possibly fossilized) bone today and I'm genuinely curious what it actually is.

I found it at the beach in Oban (Scotland) buried in the sand.

Sadly, I don't have a measuring tape with me, but I'd say it's about 6cm in length, 2,5cm at its widest and around 1cm at its narrowest, it's completely hollow and has obvious pores on one end. Its shade ranges from a yellowish brown to almost black.

If anybody could help me identify what it is, I'd be thrilled!

Thank you guys in advance

Linus :)
