I’ve known for a while that the stones around the front door of my 1950s house contain a lot of microfossils, but I never got around to looking at them under magnification until recently. 

 

Apologies for blurry photos, I took them with a cheap clip-on macro lens for my phone.

That’s pretty cool! I’d be out there with a magnifying class all day long!
