It has been a while since I was went fossil hunting, but this morning I decided to go back to Greens Mill Run, one of my favorite fossil hunting sites. I have been to Greens Mill Run several times, and I have definitely noticed a decline in the number of good finds I usually get each trip, but it remains a reliable source of good shark teeth. Within an hour of digging and sifting, I found a decent half of a 3 inch meg sticking out of my shovel load. I found a few shards of megs, dozens of bellamnites, and dozens of small shark teeth. I did not find nearly as many crow shark teeth as a normally do here, and no mosasaur teeth this time, but I was pretty happy with the rest of my finds.
