Gary T
Hi all, got a few things from this weekend from the NSR (my first trip there) that I have not identified. In the first picture I am unsure what the item on the left is, it kind of reminds me of a squids body. (sorry the image is blurry), the item on the right is I believe a straight ammonite. Next is a disk that I believe is shark disk. It is unlike other shark disks I have found before as it has 2 concave notches (bilateral) on each side (dorsal and ventral) not that I know which is which on the disk. Curious about the item the disk is on also, some tpe of crystal. The next is what i presume is petrified wood. . And lastly a geode that I just had to whack with my hammer and destroy, but then again I would have never thought to cut this rock open. . All in all the trip was great. Thanks for any help, Gary Two wrongs don't make a right, but three lefts do.
