Sea turtle distal phalanx? Some sort of fish bone? Ramanessin Brook, NJ

I've been having a hard time finding a close up image of a sea turtle distal phalanx, but from what I could tell, they seem to be somewhat flat and paddle shaped with ray-like striations like this has. Could also imagine some sort of fish bone. Any thoughts on what this might be?

I don’t know what you have. All of those circular indents on one side make me think of jaw bone.

@Carl the end of a sea turtle pleural bone seems like a very good match! I'm going to assume that's what it is unless I hear a strong argument for something else. Thanks!
