Please help identify this fossil

I was rock hunting around the Kansas river and found these in an area with a lot of rock that came from a quarry somewhere in the area. They were found around a lot of crinoids, coral, and brachiopods. I thought they might be some kind of coral but wasn’t sure. The one on the right looked similar to the left before I used vinegar to dissolve some limestone. Any help is appreciated!

These do not look like fossils, to me.
These look like minerals or concretions.  Geologic in nature, at least.

Not fossils.

I agree with Tim...

too little to go on to invoke a biogenic origin.

Edit: I dissolved the second one in some vinegar and noticed that the surface of what didn’t dissolve had a unique texture. Upon further inspection I noticed that both have a different texture on the rings around the face of the rock.

Looks like a type of bryozoan or coral to me. The pattern and texturing remind me of ones that I’ve seen. The pics of the cleaned specimens definitely show a pattern. I’m not very knowledgeable on coral and bryozoan types, but I’d start there.
