Hey!

I live in central NJ next to a park with a big stream that is known for finding shark teeth and various other fossils. The stream keeps running onto my property and than through to another area known for fossils so I've been hoping to find some cool stuff in my own part of this stream . So far I found this. It seems a bit flat to be a shark tooth . Is it anything?

Also any suggestions on what to look for in my area?

Thanks!!

It certainly does have a deceptive shape, but unfortunately is just an interesting looking rock. No sign of enamel on this.
