Pseudocorax or pathological squalicorax? Big Brookl, NJ

I'm going through my giant jar of teeth at the moment and trying to finally organize by species, and I came across this interesting specimen. I'm not sure if it's a pathological squalicorax or possibly a much rarer pseudocorax, since I'm not much of a shark expert. Anyone with more experience able to weigh in?

Your tooth is a Squalicorax. I also don't see evidence of pathology.

Pseudocorax (usually) have smooth blades or very weak serrations. But the easiest character to separate from Squalicorax is the presence of a strong nutrient groove in the root in Pseudocorax.

@Thomas.Dodson I've found hundreds of squalicorax teeth and they do not have the indent on the mesial cutting edge like that. It's either pathological or a pseudo.

Edit: being told Squalicorax yangaensis. So would be squalicorax, but not one I've ever even heard of being found in New Jersey before, which would explain my confusion.
