Does anyone have (or seen) a Helminthozyga gastropod?

I saw the drawing of Helminthozyga on a KGS bulletin 169 plate, and was instantly enamored by the unique shape.  I went to search on the web to see some actual examples, but wasn't met with a whole lot.  Do any of our TFF members possess one of these gastropods, or have a picture of one?  Thank you so much!
