New Members Ironclad Posted 2 hours ago New Members Share Posted 2 hours ago Hello guys. I’m from the UK and used to live on what’s known as the Jurassic Coast. My uncle worked in a quarry and would find me fossil shells and clams, maybe i could post them up one day. Anyhoo.. First time post, and wondering if anyone would be able to my trilobite please. New Members Ironclad Posted 2 hours ago Author New Members Share Posted 2 hours ago The remaining stone looks to be a bit too thick and clumpy to chip away from trilobite, would anyone recommend a service or method?
New Members Ironclad Posted 2 hours ago Author New Members Share Posted 2 hours ago Sorry, I’m not sure where this fossil originates from. I’m not convinced it’s from the south coast of England as those rocks are white or slate grey.
Fossildude19
This looks like a Moroccan Flexicalymene ouzregui or the other common one, Colpocoryphe grandis. It's a moult, so probably not worth it to prep it further.
