Help identifying if this is a fossil

Found this in NE Ohio on a river bank when I was hiking.  I'm a novice and not sure if this is a fossil so provided different views of this for others to review.  Thanks for any help identifying what this is.

I'm not sure what kind of rock to call this. Maybe pebbly limestone, but it doesn't look like a fossil. The shape is the result of weathering/erosion.

Dale is right, there are no clear indications of biogenicity.

The curvature of scalloped erosion surfaces might SUGGEST a biological origin, as pointed out above

Keep at it ,BTW, because geology  and collecting are worthwile pastimes.

Sooner or later you're bound to find something interesting
