obsessed1
The recent high water and some strong NE winds have really worked on some of the slump piles along the cliffs. When this happens you just never know what you will find. The highlights of day one was a Hemi that looked as though it could have come out of the mine at Aurora, a pathological Hemi and a nearly complete axis vert. from a dolphin. Although this area isn't known for producing croc material day two brought my most complete croc tooth I have ever found along with two partial croc scutes. This was only my second croc tooth in over 3 years of collecting at this location. Also found were a really nice dolphin tooth and a humerous from a large dolphin or small whale. Day 1 the nice teeth Day 1 Smaller teeth Day 1 Other fossils DAY 1 My best Hemi from the bay Day 1 Patho Hemi - too bad it's chipped Day 1 Fish Hypural - Tail Day 1 Atlas Vert. Day 1 Atlas vert. Day 1 Atlas vert. Day 2 Nice teeth Day 2 Other fossils Day 2 Verts and a dolphin rib section Day 2 Croc tooth Day 2 nice dolphin tooth Day 2 Humerus - Dolphin
Auspex
A real all-you-can-eat salad bar! The Hemi is a beaut; the Bay was very generous.
