artofextinction
It amazes me that there are well over 200 walkable miles of the north sulphur river and it's tributaries but there are still places people don't go. Here are a few fossils from a virgin NSR Site. ArtofExtinction
Roz
Wow, I didn't know there were 200 miles of walkable miles.... You sure did find some very good fossils off the beaten path! What is the 5 inch fossil directly beneath the ruler? I do not know what that is. Excellent sutures on that baculite....looks like red zone.. Welcome to the forum! I believe it is a mosasaur jaw fragment,I Looked at some publications and from that estimate it to belong to a tylosaur because of the space between the teeth. Uncle Siphuncle
Good show, Andre! That's better than I ever did at the NSR. Grüße, Daniel A. Wöhr aus Südtexas "To the motivated go the spoils."
