This chart is sorted by counties and fossils but you need to check first if the sites are still productive. LINK

Fossildude (Tim) is from Connecticut so he'll be able to assist you further depending on where you're planning to visit.

There is anwhere from 2 - 4 feet of snow cover on the ground right now. :unsure:

The only place you are going to find any fossils this time of year is either in the Peabody Museum in New Haven, or Dinosaur State Park, in Rocky Hill, CT.
