Carcharodontosaurus
Haha, very good question Jason! I don't think ever... At this rate, I'm pretty sure you will. The space on this planet isn't infinite. Great collection. I especially love the giant coprolite. It would make for excellent toilet humor. piranha
Hi Henry, It's great to see the wonderful variety of trilobites from China. I think the jury is still out on the specimen labeled: Honanaspis. By some accounts it is regarded as a junior synonym of Proasaphiscus and is quite different from all of the examples I can find. Attached are two Proasaphiscus pygidia from Shanxi for comparison. Thanks for posting your ever-expanding collection.

piranha
Not really making a correction, just trying to determine the correct taxonomy. I suppose it could be Honanaspis depending on the status of that genus within the Proasaphiscidae. When I saw the synonymy that gave me pause to question the validity of the name. With only 22K species to memorize we will certainly have plenty of puzzles to keep ourselves busy!

piranha
Hi again Henry, Looks like the jury is back... Honanapis has been relegated to the circular file of junk taxa. There are a few papers describing as Proasaphiscus (Honanaspis?), but this recent paper appears to remove any lingering doubt. I'm not sure where that places your trilobite but with the apparent broadened definition of Proasaphiscus, I imagine that is the best place for now. An enjoyable research project... Thanks Henry!
