New Members doyouthinkhesaurus Posted August 19, 2011 New Members Share Posted August 19, 2011 Hi, Would anyone be able to help me out with fossil sites in Victoria, Australia? I have been looking online and all the sites tend to be in National Parks where you need a permit to excavate. I am doing a project for a Uni class and just need to locate 5 different fossils. Thanks
New Members ned Posted August 19, 2011 New Members Share Posted August 19, 2011 Not sure what the specific laws are in your situation, but you don't need to excavate to find fossils. And you might not even need to collect them for your purpose. A few dozen digital photos can go a long ways! Good luck.
Fruitbat
You might find some papers of interest in the PDF library. -Joe Illigitimati non carborundum Fruitbat's PDF Library
THobern
How specific do you need the information to be? If you want, I can send you relatively specific site information, along with formation and age details.
