The first vertebra in the row is a crocodilia. The Croc teeth and vertebra haven't changed much from the Jurassic to present times. Unless one has a complete skeleton the distinguishing feature of most crocodilia is the jaw and the teeth. Here's a close up of a croc vertebra from our Cretaceous deposits...it's almost identical to those I've found in various ages of deposits including Pliocene, Eocene and Cretaceous.
