Archimedes
What Genus is this?? Upper Mississippian, middle Chesterian Found this a couple of weeks ago and took me about 4 hours to get this out of a piece of limestone using an engraver tool. Only a small piece was exposed and I was quit surprised by it when I finished.

Carl
There are paleozoic fish with teeth like this. Look into placoderms or even chondrichthyans.
Mike Owens
It reminds me of Pycnodont teeth. -----"Your Texas Connection!"------ Fossils: Windows to the past
