Fist Trip Tp South Carolina

Hawkeye

Recommended Posts

I took my first shark tooth hunting trip to SC this weekend with Beachbum, who I met on this forum. We had a great day! I ended up with 220 whole teeth, about 100 partials, a fish vertebrae, a shark scute, a dolfin tooth, a ray tail spine and some miscelaneous bone. My son found what I think is an alligator tooth in the bucket of gravel I brought home and he's still looking. Prior to yesterday my entire collection was 13 teeth!

Thanks Beachbum and Mrs. Beachbum!

Here are a few of my finds:

Well, you pretty much sampled most of the species; great trip!
