mommabetts
I found this tooth at the NSR a few weeks back. It is about 2 inches long and 1 1/4 across the base. My first Tylosaurus Mosasaur, I do believe.

mommabetts
Don't worry, I don't sell fossils on the bay. I was so proud when I found it, there is no way I could part with it. It is very detailed. From the bottom it shows the root canal and it is a light gray in color, with the surrounding tooth a dark brown. On the sides it has the sharp edges on it. It has been sitting on my coffee table so that I can show everyone that comes by. I found it with several verts in the same location.

R_Case
I found one last weekend just like that! The week before I found a fish skull. I took it to The Dallas Museum of Nature & Science. They told me it was a fish skull! My Daughter will be there today! "No matter where you go, there you are!"
