Harry Pristis
Can anyone identify these? I know that one is a sharks tooth, but I was wondering what kind. Hello, Rummy . . . These images are much too small to allow a confident identification. The second image appears to be a Moroccan Otodus obliquus lateral tooth, but post a bigger image to be sure. Read the thread entitled "Photographing Fossils" in the FOSSIL MEDIA sub-forum for some suggestions on making and posting images here. ---------Harry Pristis http://pristis.wix.com/the-demijohn-page What seest thou else In the dark backward and abysm of time? ---Shakespeare, The Tempest

Northern Sharks
The gray one looks to be a Megalodon (or possibly Chubutensis) and the tan one is likely Otodus as Harry said, but without a scale for size or an age, it's still not totally certain. There's no limit to what you can accomplish when you're supposed to be doing something else
Rummy
Sorry, the origanal pictures were larger, but when adding them to the post it must have only posted thumbnail. Here are the teeth with better pictures! The first tooth is kind of large and that maybe why the picture links didn't work I hope that helps!
