Hi Folks-

I have Wittry's book on Fossil Flora - but I was curious if there are any references known to folks on the forum to help with identification of stems, bark and other pieces of plant material that are not included in Jack's book.

Any thoughts are appreciated.

Thanks,

Evan

Hey Evan,

Have you had a look at George's Basement?

I know it's a website, but I believe you should be able to find Leo Lesquereux's works in PDF format over in Google Books.

Hope this helps.

Hi

The fossil flora from US and Europe is common to the two continent ,

The fossil plants are largely developped in carboniferous from Euramerica continent ,

You could find information in Hans steurh 's web site (in english ) and in my personnal web site (sorry it is in french ...)

the nodular fossilization is well developped in England (Wigan aera ) you also could see some samples in Hans Steur's pages

Best regards

Bruno
