snakebite6769
I am in Pa. working at the local power plant, and would like to know if anyone has any suggestions on where and if I can find any trilos. there should be some here since the state fossil is a trilobite.I am in Pottstown area. I have been to Deer Lake, mostly gastropods, brachs, and the like. any help is greatly appreciated. maybe someone would join me and we could collect together for a day. PA Fossil Finder
I have the same question... I've read that you can find them at Swatara Gap State park, but then someone told me collecting is closed there. I also heard about a place called Centerfield coral reef, and there are supposed to be a few trilos there. I'm not quite sure about collecting there though (who owns the land, where exactly it is, etc.). Stephen
snakebite6769
Information has been trickling in, I have some info about a few places but am waiting for responses back. I am anxious to find a greenops or a Phacops Rana complete, or at least a good portion.
