Al Dente
Here is a USGS site that will show you how much rain has fallen in Greenville. There was 0.05 inches in the past two days, probably not enough to do much in the creek. http://waterdata.usgs.gov/nc/nwis/uv/?site_no=02084000&PARAmeter_cd=00045
kirk
Have you used the water level to gauge how high GM might be? Just curious, the flood stage level is set at 13 feet. Currently it is just below 5 feet. Most of the time when I head up there water level has never been a problem, but with all of the rain this year I am sure it has been running high. Would like to make a trip up in the near future, but to far to go just to turn around. http://water.weather.gov/ahps2/hydrograph.php?wfo=mhx&gage=pgvn7 Thanks, Kirk
