After looking around ,horse petella is what it looks like.

I think you're probably correct -- an Equus sp. horse patella, and a large one. I haven't looked thoroughly for a match, but I immediately seized on a rhino (Teleoceras) patella based on your images. In comparing my patella to your images, they have similarities but they are not the same.
