It is probably Libinia dubia, the "longnosed spider crab", also known as the "southern spider crab".

Looks kinda like one of the Alaskan crabs. Where's the butter?!

In Spain we eat them, and we call them CENTOLLO(the spider crab) (yummy!), only boiled in sea water, and then, with the help of a hammer or other machinery, carefully, take out the meat from the shell...and just squeeze the long legs! :faint::D
