What Type Of Ammonite Is That I Found ?

Hi everyone

this is matt

can anyone id this Ammonite I found ?

it came out of a rock in the Creek in kennedy N.Y.

Matt,

Rather than an Ammonite its probably its cousin, a Nautiloid, subclass Nautiloidea, order Nautiloida and maybe the genus is Liroceras. I would be interested in others opinion. I'm woefully inadequate with cephalopods.
