Fossil Magnet
Hi all!! There's a certain type of Pliocene bryozoan I'm having trouble ID-ing, and thought perhaps some of you kind souls might be able to help me with it. It was found on the foreshore at Ramsholt, Suffolk, UK, and originates from the Coralline Crag Formation (about 1-2 million years old, as far as I know). A friend of mine on another forum has suggested it might be some form of Eschara species, but he wasn't sure which. Can any of you help...? If so, you would have my eternal gratitude, however much that might be worth... In the picture below the scale is in cm: Thanks for taking a look!!
