Here's some sweet finds on a previous trip. :)

Any IDs would be helpful. You can't see from the picture, but DSC00042 has pores. Think it might be part of a rodent's mandible?

Hope you like 'em! Probably will have a lot more pics because I'll be out of school in about a week. :D

Hi Arctodus, I'm afraid I'm having troubles seeing anything clearly in the photos--is this all bone material? Is it all from Illinois--any info about the age? Does the mandible have root sockets?

Maybe some additional closeups might help but I'm no vert expert and will defer ID's to others. Good luck in the last week of school! Regards, Chris

Last 3 pics are of possible bone material. All from Illinois, and the Ice Age.

No root sockets on the mandible. Edges quite smooth except for the places that are broken where the pores are visible.
