Has anyone ever heard of Otodus isoelicus? I couldn't find that much information about it on the web.

That's just the thing. The only info I could find on it was "Otodus isoelicus was named by Lawley (1876). It is not a trace fossil. "

well it exists, but I can only find one site that even mentions the name.

Could it be that it was named, but not accepted or deemed a junior synonym of another species? The only references to it on the web are the Paleobiology database

There's no limit to what you can accomplish when you're supposed to be doing something else

that would make sense but you would think that the name could be found somewhere else.
