Fossil Id Help

I visited Sharks Tooth Island, Westmoreland County Virginia this weekend. Had a blast found 71 sharks teeth and a handfull of ray plates. I also found this interesting little item. Does anyone know what it might be?

Looks like a puffer fish (or similar) mouth plate.
