Tiny Hand Print

I think that I've seen some brachiopods that in profile might possibly look like that (tiny 4-fingered hand print). I remember thinking how interesting that they looked spiked. However, I'm having trouble finding them tonight. I'll look more tomorrow. :)

Can you tell us how "tiny," and also where you found it?

Thanks.

I found this, but as yet - no photos.

....lophophores of larger brachiopods are folded in moderately to very complex shapes—loops and coils are common, and some species' lophophores resemble a hand with the fingers splayed.

But that says "larger" ones, unless they can do the same while still small.

Lake Texoma along the TX / OK border covers a lot of different geology. Your avatar appears to be a geologic map, so you might be able to suggest the geologic formations in the area of this find. Posting that kind of info will get you a better chance at an accurate ID. ;)
