JUAN EMMANUEL
I bought one of those Agadir ammonites today and from what I've red most of these specimens are unidentifiable because they lost their suture lines due to the chiselling job. The one I bought still had its suture lines intact despite the preparation done on it. What genus are these usually? I've had mantelliceras and olcostephanus as possibilities. Ammojoe
Typically they're Mantelliceras; and I believe your specimen is one. I don't know much about these though; so perhaps wait for confirmation from a more knowledgeable individual. Kind regards, Joe
