RyanNREMTP
That's what I'm seeing is the outline from a shell.
Beneficent
Could it be some sort of seed pod?
tmaier
I immediately suspected the broken edge of a bivalve. But, I'd like to see more views and it possible a higher resolution image (or close up). More photos please. If it's a bivalve you should be able to pick down the matrix a bit and see the rest of the shell.

tmaier
The curvature of it seems to say it is not a jaw, but I'm an invert guy, so ... More photos please.
JohnJ
I think BobWill is correct. This looks like an eroded Rastellum sp. bivalve that would be an expected find for the area. tmaier
The image in post #7 clearly shows that these are not teeth. Notice that what starts to look like a tooth continues on under the matrix for a long way. To determine what this is, I would say that you need to expose more of it. I sticking with bivalve. Here's a close up of the spines of a cockle shell, showing teeth-like spines.

That's a "toothy" looking critter. Rastellum carinatum http://www.catnapin.com/Fossil/Bivalve/Rastellum_carinatum_1_small1.jpg
