luluboo1
Actually two questions. Does anyone know what sites besides Monmouth Brooks are open to collecting in NJ? Also, is there a good source for identifying the micro fossils of the Vincentown Fm.? Thanx. Curt
Just Bob
The Cook & Ramsdell (1991) paper has a nice microfauna list of the Vincentown Fm. There are not many sites open to the public like the Monmouth Co. brook sites are. That's not to say there are no collecting sites in NJ. There are lots of places were you can find fossils in NJ, the problem is gaining access to them.
